Customer Care

We couldn't recommend highly enough a good cold wash – this will ensure the colour holds to its full potential. We personally use a gentle, eco friendly delicate wash. Please dry in shade.


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please consider the shipping address you provide as you may need to sign for your parcel – delivery cannot be made to PO boxes.

Please note that purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping – $30.00. Please allow 10-15 business days.

All international shipping orders are sent via New Zealand Post or the Australia Post International service dependant on inventory. 

Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – Import charges, custom duties or taxes are not payable by Edimo.

Returns / Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange/return your Edimo, please notify us within 7 days of the date you received the delivery, and have the goods returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To request an exchange/return, email us at – we will then issue you with a return address to post it to and as soon as we receive your item we will promptly process your exchange/refund and notify you via email. 

We can happily exchange sizes and in the unlikely event the goods are faulty we will gladly offer you a full refund. Edimo is not responsible for colour fading or pulling. In order to prolong the longevity of your swimwear please refer to the Edimo care instructions found at the top of this page. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Returned garments must be in their original condition with hygiene seals in place. 

Edimo Swim & Leisure wear are limited edition and for this reason we cannot guarantee that sizes or styles will be available when exchanging although we will endeavour to do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to return a product we’d encourage using a postal service that includes tracking and insurance – Edimo is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit. For exchanges, postage charges to send you the exchanged items will be charged back to you.
